What Kind of customers buy through Pellet Zone?
Pellet Zone works with medium to large sized end users, ranging from commercial businesses, district and industrial users, right through to the power generation industry.

Why buy through Pellet Zone?
We receive many offers of new stocks on a daily basis, and worldwide, so we have much greater choice to locate the best and closest deal with the right quality and availability. We also handle all deal and shipping administration – saving our buyers valuable time and money.

How does Pellet Zone know whose buying and who’s selling?
Buyers and sellers use the Pellet Zone web site to update their buy & sell requirements.  These are collated and published (anonymously) on the web site and via a weekly email alert.

How do buyers and sellers come to a deal?
Buyers and sellers scrutinise the wanted & for sale list and contact Pellet Zone if they see an interesting opportunity. Pellet Zone then negotiates for both parties until a deal in principle is agreed. Once the deal is confirmed in writing the buyer and seller are introduced to each other.

Who pays the pellet seller?
The buyer pays the seller directly according to the terms agreed between the two parties.  This may be Letter of Credit for example.

Are buyers and suppliers disclosed to each other?
Yes – once a deal is agreed.
